Global Robotics and Automation Technology Showcase 2026

Mon, 7 Dec 2026 · Neerabup, WA

We're looking for a friendly, professional coffee van to join us for our 3rd Annual Global Robotics and Automation Technology Showcase on Monday 7 December 2026.

The event is being held at the Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct (AARP), a 51-hectare innovation and technology precinct located in the Neerabup Industrial Estate, approximately 40 minutes north of Perth.

The AARP features a modern headquarters building, indoor exhibition and event spaces and outdoor test beds where companies develop, test and demonstrate emerging technologies, including autonomous heavy vehicles, robotics, drones and automation systems.

Our annual Showcase brings together industry leaders, robotics and automation companies, innovators and technology enthusiasts for an afternoon of exhibitions, live demonstrations, presentations and networking.

We're expecting approximately 150 attendees, including exhibitors, throughout the afternoon.

Event schedule:

12:30pm–1:30pm: Industry preview, exhibitor networking, guest arrivals and browsing the exhibition space

1:30pm–2:30pm: Auditorium presentations (quieter period for the coffee van)

2:30pm–4:00pm: Exhibition browsing, live demonstrations and networking

From 4:00pm: Networking sundowner (coffee van departure)

What we're looking for:

A self-contained mobile coffee van offering quality barista-made coffee and a selection of cold drinks, such as iced coffees, iced chocolates, soft drinks and bottled water. Food not required as afternoon tea is provided.

Guests will purchase their own drinks directly from the vendor.

Ideally, we'd like the van ready to serve from 12:30pm until approximately 4:00pm, with setup completed before service begins. This will also give exhibitors and event organisers the opportunity to grab a coffee or cold drink ahead of the main event.

The van will be positioned within our HQ precinct, close to the event activities.

Please include details of your menu, pricing, power requirements and any other setup needs when applying.

We'd love to hear from vendors who are available and interested in joining us for the afternoon!
