The festival is being held on Sat 24th Oct. As a food vendor you would be welcome to set up on Friday 23 rd in the afternoon/ evening to cater for other participants and locals involved.

There will also be opportunities on the Saturday evening and the Sunday morning, as many visiting participants will be planning to stay for the entire weekend.

This is the first time we have had the Bee Festival so we can’t predict attendance with any accuracy. However we have had wide interest from our social media campaign, we have an exciting programme of interesting speakers and demonstrators related to the bee and honey industry, and we have a market of at least 50 stalls organised. Conservative estimate is 800 attendees.
